Frequently Asked Questions
What happens on treatment day?
Your therapist will arrive fifteen minutes (or thirty minutes if hot stones are included) before your scheduled treatment time. Once your intake form has been discussed, the massage area will be set up.

The therapist will leave the room for you to undress to a level you are comfortable with, and you can lie down on the massage table using a towel to cover yourself.

When you feel settled, call the therapist back into the room and your treatment will begin.
How should I prepare for my first session?
Prior to your treatment, please complete and submit your intake form online. This will be discussed with your therapist on the day.

The treatment room should be a quiet area so that you can make the most of your treatment experience, and free from trip hazards so the therapist can move around easily. The massage bed measures 70cm x 184cm with a maximum weight limit of 225kg.

Massage oils are best applied on clean skin, and no other grooming is necessary.
Will I have to take all my clothes off?
It depends on your treatment and how comfortable you feel.
Full body massages typically require undressing to your underwear. Shoulders, back and neck massages usually require you to remove your upper clothing only.
Whatever the level of undress, you will always be covered with a towel.
Do I need to supply anything?
Please ensure the therapist can park nearby. Have clean towels available for your use - one to cover the bed, one to cover yourself and a smaller towel to place under your head/face. Massage oils, aromatherapy oils (if applicable) and the massage table are included in your treatment price.

Only 100% natural essential oils are used during treatments, free from additives and unnatural chemicals.
Can I have a treatment if I suffer from health issues or allergies?
It depends on the issue or allergy. Please get in touch prior to booking to discuss the intake process, so your therapist can recommend an amended treatment plan.
If there is reason to believe your condition could be compromised then a treatment will not be offered.
What areas of the UK do you cover, and what hours do you work?
Based in Caddington - Luton, addresses up to a 10-mile radius are exempt from travel charges. Any treatments outside this area will be subject to an additional charge.

Treatments are available from 9am to 7pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Other times may be available - please get in touch with your therapist to check.
